CalMuse Foundation believes music is not only an art but a way to uplift the soul and inspire communities.
We are a nonprofit dedicated to making classical guitar education accessible to every child, partnering with schools, cities, and families to provide excellent instruction, performance opportunities, and creative growth. Our mission is to nurture confidence, discipline, and joy in every young musician.

Our Story

CalMuse Foundation began with a simple question:
What if every child could feel the power of music, no matter where they come from?

As musicians and educators, we saw the gap.

Too many children were left out of meaningful music education because of income, location, or lack of resources. We started small, in a classroom with borrowed guitars and a handful of curious students.

But the impact was immediate.

Since then, we’ve partnered with cities, schools, and families to bring high-quality classical guitar education into the lives of over 100 students. Our programs don’t just teach notes and technique—they build confidence, discipline, and joy.

We’re still growing.

But our mission remains the same:
To make beautiful music accessible—and to help every child find their voice through it.
